Job summary

Gummi World LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Quality Technician to perform hands-on quality control checks across the production line, bottling, and sanitation processes, ensuring compliance with GMP and 21 CFR Part 111.

You will document results, support CAPA investigations, verify labels and lot numbers, and assist with audits and regulatory SOPs to keep products meeting our quality standards. Experience in food/dietary manufacturing preferred; degree in science and MS Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in food/dietary manufacturing or similar.
• Knowledge of GMP and 21 CFR Part 111 requirements.
• Proficient in documenting quality data and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Perform weight checks and inspect product appearance; monitor packaging quality.
• Verify labels, lot numbers, and expiration dates against specs; check seal integrity.
• Document QA steps and support CAPA investigations and deviations.
• Assist with audits and regulatory SOPs; ensure clear communication with production.
