Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or related alternatives with pharma experience.
• Must learn quickly and apply new testing processes and equipment.
• Solid GMP documentation practices.
• Ability to work in a regulated GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing on incoming components per procedures.
• Safely operate and maintain analytical testing equipment (calipers, Magna Mike, FTIR, scribers, balances).
• Enter and manage data in Labware LIMS and related software.
• Maintain compliant and timely GMP documentation.
• Participate in laboratory investigations and root cause analyses.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and daily tier meetings.
• Apply ANSI sampling plans to incoming materials.
• Assist in updating lab testing procedures with technical writing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams maintaining team-oriented mindset.
