WorkLLama is seeking an entry-level Quality Control Analyst to perform routine lab testing on incoming HDPE bottles, foils, films, and caps in a GMP environment. You will operate testing instruments, log results in Labware LIMS, and contribute to investigations and daily tier meetings.

The role emphasizes quick learning, strong attention to detail, and solid GMP documentation skills, with a collaborative team approach in an on-site pharmaceutical manufacturing lab.

Formación

• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new testing procedures and equipment.
• Strong GMP documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine laboratory testing on incoming components per procedures.
• Operate and maintain analytical testing equipment (calipers, Magna Mike, FTIR, etc.).
• Enter and manage data in Labware LIMS and related software.
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation.
• Assist in investigations and quality notifications.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation as needed.
• Contribute to daily tier meetings and continuous improvement.
• Apply ANSI sampling plans to incoming materials.
• Draft or revise laboratory procedures with technical writing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
