Job summary

Ferring is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to support daily QC activities in a GMP environment at our Roseville, Minnesota site. The role involves donor source material inspections, testing preparation, data entry, and documentation review.

The position requires a scientific bachelor’s or an associate’s degree with GMP experience, plus at least one year of lab experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or an Associate’s with GMP experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a GMP environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in a GMP environment.
• Perform daily source material inspections and material scrapping.
• Electronic data entry and review of documentation.
• Review and prepare laboratory testing and samples.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and inventory; support equipment maintenance.
• Initiate laboratory incidents and deviations when necessary.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality groups to meet deadlines.
