Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals in Roseville, Minnesota seeks a Sr. Quality Engineer to provide QA support for biologic therapeutics under cGMP and global regulations.

The role involves supplier management, audits, CAPA and quality system improvements to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in GMP Quality roles, a science degree, and experience with audits and quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science with microbiology preferred.
• Minimum 7 years' GMP Quality experience.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier management processes including supplier qualification, audits, SCARs, and quality agreements.
• Manage materials, parts, and services through a risk-based approach.
• Perform and support internal and external audits.
• Interface with regulatory bodies regarding compliance needs as required.
• Review and approve CAPA, Audit Findings, Deviation investigations to ensure effective investigations.
