Job summary

Boston BioProducts (BBP) is seeking a Production Technician to support daily production operations in a fast-paced, GMP-driven lab environment. The role demands accuracy, independence, and strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety in a 100% onsite setting in Milford, MA.

The successful candidate will perform and document production processes, manage buffers and reagents, and assist peers as needed while maintaining training records and complying with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of solutions and reagents.
• Basic chemistry concepts including molarity, concentration, and mass.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping in compliance with GMP standards.
• Supports daily production operations and maintains quality.
• Safely handles chemicals, materials and equipment.
• Documents production runs in real time and maintains logs.
• Operates and maintains production equipment (filters, pumps, pipettes, BSC, benchtop surfaces).
• Maintains up-to-date training records and adheres to ISO standards.
