Job summary

Orano Med in Brownsburg, Indiana, is hiring a Production Operator II to support routine sterile production in a GMP environment. You will work with the Production Supervisor and cross-functional teams to meet quality and throughput targets while following strict safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires familiarity with SOPs, cleanroom protocols, and aseptic technique; you will write or review SOPs, maintain batch records, and mentor new staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (60 credit hours) with 2+ years GMP experience.
• High School diploma with 3+ years GMP/quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes with Production Supervisor and management.
• Train team and ensure efficient shift operations.
• Write and review SOPs; keep audit-ready state.
• Perform routine cleanroom cleaning and disinfection.
• Maintain batch records and equipment logs.
• Identify and document failures and CAPA support.
