Job summary

Ossium Health is hiring Clinical Production Operator I/II for its Indianapolis facility. The role operates in an ISO 7 cleanroom, producing HPC, Marrow under cGMP with real-time documentation. Training for Operator I is provided, with Operator II requiring aseptic manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Operator I has no prior lab experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organization and time management with shifting priorities.
High attention to detail for accuracy and quality.
Reliable, with a positive work ethic and teamwork ability.
Operator II requires at least 2 years of hands-on aseptic manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Perform production tasks in ISO 7 cleanroom for HPC, Marrow; document real-time batch records.
Maintain cleanrooms and production suites; perform cleaning and environmental monitoring.
Prepare reagents and manage material flow; track inventory in the system.
Collaborate to troubleshoot equipment or process issues using strong communication.
Participate in technology transfer and process improvements for HPC, Marrow production.
Operator II: act as verifier and mentor teammates in aseptic techniques.
