Job summary

Ossium Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Clinical Production Operator I/II to join the HPC Marrow manufacturing team. You will work inside an ISO 7 cleanroom, performing aseptic processing under cGMP and documenting actions in real time to ensure batch traceability.

We hire at two levels: Operator I requires no degree or prior lab experience, while Operator II requires at least 2 years of aseptic manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; no college degree required for Operator I.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management; adapt as production scales.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality.
• Reliable, able to produce consistent work.
• Operator II: two years aseptic manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks in accordance with cGMPs in ISO 7 cleanroom.
• Receipt of donor vertebral bodies and aseptic processing.
• Prepare reagents and manage material flow; maintain inventory.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues with strong communication.
• Support tech transfer and process improvements for HPC, Marrow.
• Operator II: verify production runs and mentor teammates.
