Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret English safety rules, SOPs, batch records, and cleaning procedures.
• Experience in DPI/MDI batch manufacturing, filling, and packaging is preferred.
• Proficient in documenting operational parameters and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Verify dispensed raw materials for each batch and ensure accuracy with batch records and SOPs.
• Stage components and assemble production equipment for manufacturing and packaging.
• Perform daily equipment checks and document usage in logbooks.
• Execute tasks per batch records, SOPs, and cGMP requirements with proper documentation.
• Accurately document all operational parameters and process steps within batch records.
• Weigh and record components, in-process materials, and finished product quantities.
• Perform routine in-process testing to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Monitor production lines for accuracy and defects; take corrective actions as needed.
• Package finished goods and label shipments appropriately.
• Maintain cleaning logs and keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Maintain GMP-compliant storage and control of tooling and materials.
