Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a Production DPI Operator to manufacture Dry Powder Inhaler products in a regulated pharmaceutical setting. You will handle powder processing, blending, granulation, filling, and packaging, ensuring compliance with Batch Records and SOPs.

Role requires hands-on operation of DPI equipment, strict quality control, and adherence to cGMP standards, with potential overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; cGMP experience preferred.
• Minimum five years in a cGMP production environment or equivalent.
• Experience with DPI manufacturing processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Verify raw materials dispensed for each DPI batch.
• Set up, clean, and operate DPI manufacturing equipment.
• Operate blending, granulation, filling and packaging lines.
• Document Batch Records and maintain environmental controls.
• Perform in-process testing and monitor product quality.
• Follow SOPs, strict cGMP requirements, and safety guidelines.
