Job summary

System One seeks a Production Operator for a 24/7 regulated operation in Bethlehem, PA. You will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, follow GMP/FDA procedures, and maintain accurate documentation to stay audit-ready and on schedule.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of production experience in pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing; familiarity with hazardous materials and PPE is required. This is a contract position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of production experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing; food manufacturing experience also acceptable.
• Experience in GMP or FDA-regulated environments and understanding their role within the manufacturing process.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with examples from previous roles.
• Comfortable working around hazardous materials and wearing PPE at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Follow GMP and FDA procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot process issues and escalates maintenance concerns when necessary.
• Safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials while following PPE requirements.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure areas remain audit-ready.
