Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Pharmaceutical Janitorial for a role supporting production operations in an Industrial setting. The position emphasizes GMP-compliant sanitation and teamwork to maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Shifts run Sunday–Thursday across three time windows, with a pay rate of $18 per hour. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of janitorial experience, plus ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience working as a janitor or cleaner.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures is a plus.
• Commitment to working in a quality environment and being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitizations per GMP regulations in production areas.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all company procedures and policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Support the shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Utilize proper personal protective equipment at all times.
