JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a GMP Associate I for the day shift in Clinton, PA. The role supports manufacturing of medical devices by operating equipment, packing finished products, loading hoppers, and resolving basic faults via HMI screens.

Responsibilities emphasize GMP/GDP compliance, cleanroom practices, lean initiatives, and teamwork to achieve production goals while standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs, with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of HMI systems and cleanroom procedures a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to wear full cleanroom PPE.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; report hazards promptly.
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain GDP documentation.
• Load hoppers, assemble components, and monitor material levels.
• Operate equipment and resolve basic HMI faults; escalate as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and workspace.
• Participate in lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, QEK) and complete lean training.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and other teams to meet production goals.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs; wear cleanroom attire.
