JCW Group is seeking a Reliability Engineer for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer with GMP operations in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on strengthening equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance, analyzing downtime and KPIs, and leading improvements from concept to completion.

You will collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Project Management to ensure safe, compliant operations while balancing production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Analyze downtime, maintenance spend, and KPIs like MTTF and MTTR to find patterns and reduce losses.
• Lead improvement projects from concept to completion, owning change controls and updates to work instructions.
• Support equipment and process qualification and validation while balancing safety, quality, and production risks.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Project Management to keep the whole site aligned on how equipment should run.
