Qualifications

• Must read and interpret Work Orders and packaging specifications.
• Able to read tape measure and weigh scale.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity for fast-paced production work.
• Follow GMPs and maintain clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Remove finished product from machines and inspect for quality.
• Inspect product to ensure packaging meets work orders.
• Read work orders for product specs and special packaging instructions.
• Assist in start-up and changeover of machinery or orders.
• Perform quality checks on orders and document results.
• Enter production into JDE and print required paperwork.
• Place customer labels on cartons or gaylords neatly.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work area.
