Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC is seeking a Supervisory role in Deviation to lead a 4–8 direct reports across materials, training, and production scheduling. You will drive GMP-ready processes, supervise documentation, and coordinate cross-functional activities to keep manufacturing compliant, efficient, and on schedule.

This 24/7 operation emphasizes continuous improvement, readiness for regulatory inspections, and a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Engineering with 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• Master’s degree in Life Science or Engineering with no prior experience.
• Experience with regulatory inspections, investigations, and change management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biological manufacturing operations.
• Must be flexible to support a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Ability to travel domestic and international up to 25% during project phase and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness initiatives to ensure GMP readiness.
• Oversee commissioning activities for support functions per GMP standards.
• Administer company policies affecting employees (time off, shift work, inclement weather).
• Complete administrative responsibilities (timecard approvals, time off approvals, expense reports).
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
