ClinLab Solutions Group is seeking an Operations Scientist to perform bench testing under GMP in a core lab environment. You will culture human cells, manage microfluidic devices, and ensure complete record-keeping in the LIMS while adhering to SOPs.

Responsibilities include executing readouts (live-cell imaging, cytokine assays, flow cytometry, NGS, ELISA, qPCR) and generating batch/test records for senior review.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Bachelor's or MS in biology, bioengineering, biomedical engineering, or related field.
• Three years of laboratory experience, or one year with a Master’s degree.
• Experience in core lab, shared facility, or service lab handling multi-client studies.
• Hands-on experience with microfluidic devices or organ-on-chip systems.

Aufgaben

• Regulatory compliance with cGMP SOPs and documentation practices.
• Cell culture of human primary cells and cell lines under aseptic conditions.
• Microfluidic operations: seed, perfuse chips, monitor pumps and troubleshoot issues.
• Execute Premiva readouts: live-cell imaging, cytokine multiplex, flow cytometry, NGS, ELISA, qPCR.
• Record results in LIMS at testing time and attach supporting files.
