Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a scientifically skilled professional to perform cell-based bioassays and surrogate assays (ELISA) in a GMP setting. You will qualify and transfer analytical methods, document results, and ensure data integrity in electronic systems.

Strong independence and collaboration with internal and external clients are required. Qualifications include a life sciences degree with several years of relevant industry experience; a Master’s degree with 2+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) and minimum4 years of directly related industry experience, OR: Master’s degree in a life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) with 2+ years of directly related industry experience.
• Industry experience with reporter-gene assay, cell biology skills such as cell culturing, cell counting, cell banking; GMP quality system and lab operations experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients

Responsibilities

• Perform cell-based bioassays and surrogate bioassays such as ligand-binding ELISA assays in plate-based format in a GMP environment
• Perform qualification and transfer of analytical test methods in the GMP environment
• Document laboratory work in notebooks/electronic notebooks and log books, perform data integrity checks, data verification reviews, and communicate final results through electronic systems
