Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a GMP warehouse professional to lead receiving, shipping, inventory control, and materials management in a fast-paced biopharma environment. The role requires independent work with minimal supervision and collaboration with quality assurance and manufacturing teams.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of materials management or supply chain experience in pharma or biotech, along with strong MS Word/Excel skills and a keen

Qualifications

Excellent oral, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail in a GMP environment.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and warehouse management software.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related field.

Responsibilities

Assist with operations process and improvement projects.
Ability to accurately follow procedures with minimum direction.
Ability to work effectively in team situations, cross-functional as well as independently.
Demonstrate strong communication with all levels of staff in a collaborative environment.
Demonstrate analytical skills for risk identification and management.
