Job summary

Haemonetics Software Solutions is seeking a GMP Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift operations, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across manufacturing of medical devices. This role emphasizes leadership of associates, coordination with Engineering and Quality, and adherence to GMP/GDP standards.

The position requires 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, a strong GMP background, and the ability to manage production flow, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical/engineering/business field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and regulated manufacturing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, PPE, and CNC protocols.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, FDA, ISO 13485 compliance and accurate documentation.
• Oversee shift output, monitor schedules, staffing, and material flow.
• Lead performance reviews, coaching, and hiring support with HR.
• Provide cross-training and develop associates per the matrix.
• Lead lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) and drive process improvements.
• Model professionalism, accountability, and teamwork; support company values.
• Duties may be adjusted to meet evolving business needs.
