• Fully qualified and trained on all equipment across assigned area.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and output.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment across the manufacturing area.
• Load/replenish materials, packaging, and assembly tasks.
• Ensure consistent throughput and minimize downtime by resolving technical issues.
• Lead TPM activities with proper execution and follow-up.
• Provide informal on-the-job training and coaching for team members.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors, Quality, and Engineering to drive improvements.
