Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec in San Jose, CA seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day GMP production activities, including batch record review, timecard approvals, performance reviews, training, and deviation approvals.

You will train and manage GMP staff, ensure cGMP compliance, document production steps, investigate failures, drive continuous process improvement, and collaborate with QA and leadership to meet company goals while promoting staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years' experience in a GMP biologicals production facility with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience with clinical cell culture production, aseptic processing, and/or cell therapy manufacturing.
• Experience in people management as a supervisor or senior/lead associate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day GMP manufacturing activities and batch record review.
• Train and manage GMP staff; ensure department training is performed and documented.
• Monitor equipment and facilities; ensure cGMP, SOPs, and safety practices are followed.
