Job summary

EyePoint is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II to join its EyePoint Manufacturing & Operations team. The role executes manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and inspection for combination products in a GMP-regulated environment, with emphasis on documentation and equipment operation.

Candidates should be able to operate with minimal supervision, support process improvements, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in GMP documentation and batch record execution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Able to train junior personnel and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, labeling, packaging, and inspection per procedures and schedules.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Complete batch records and related production documentation accurately and contemporaneously.
• Assist with material handling, setup, changeovers, and room preparations.
• Identify deviations, quality concerns, and safety risks and elevate them appropriately.
