Job summary

EyePoint is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to support production, assembly, labeling, packaging, and inspection in a GMP environment at EyePoint’s Northbridge Facility. You will follow SOPs, batch records, and GDP-compliant documentation to ensure product quality and traceability.

The role requires 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and wear PPE.

Qualifications

• GMP knowledge and quality system basics.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions.
• Strong attention to documentation accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, labeling, packaging, and inspection operations in a GMP environment.
• Follow approved SOPs, batch records, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Complete GMP documentation accurately in compliance with GDP.
• Assist with material handling, staging, issuing, and reconciliation of in-process materials and finished goods.
• Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks for product conformity.
• Maintain cleanroom and production areas per GMP and company policies.
• Perform line clearances, room setup, and product/room changeovers.
• Identify and report quality, safety, equipment, or process issues to supervisors.
• Support investigations, deviations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Comply with safety policies, GMP regulations, and training requirements.
• Work with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and others to support production goals.
