Job summary

BioSpectra, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a shift at our Bangor, PA site. The role focuses on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost control, with responsibility for scheduling, training, and performance coaching.

The successful candidate will review production plans, coordinate activities across the plant, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Strong leadership, problem solving, and ERP proficiency are required to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate employees to achieve production goals.
• Capable of diagnosing problems, making decisions, and communicating at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with ERP system use and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing shift to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Review daily production schedule and assign work to the team.
• Ensure team is trained and compliant with cGMP, SOPs and safety rules.
• Maintain training records and oversee coaching and development of staff.
• Utilize ERP to issue, track and record manufacturing operations.
