Fives DyAG Corp. in Clinton, PA is seeking a GMP Associate I to support the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices.

You will operate equipment, pack finished products, load hoppers, and resolve basic equipment faults through HMI screens, while following GMP, GDP, and cleanroom standards in a safe, lean team environment. The role emphasizes adherence to 5S/Kaizen lean principles, ability to stand for long periods, and wearing full cleanroom PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HMI systems and cleanroom procedures a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to wear full cleanroom PPE.

Responsibilities

• Safety: follow PPE procedures and report hazards.
• Quality: adhere to cleanroom protocols; maintain GDP documentation.
• Manufacturing & Delivery: load hoppers; assemble components; GDP paperwork.
• Continuous Improvement: participate in lean initiatives; complete lean curriculum.
