Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Lead to oversee activities within the GMP program across assigned locations, ensuring safe work practices and procedures are followed. The role includes supervising company and temporary staff, coordinating tasks, and driving compliance with safety standards.

The GMP Lead will also manage training, reports, inventory, and equipment handling, with potential travel to various customer sites or facilities as required by site SOPs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of high-tech experience or training or equivalent combination.
  • Valid driver's license may be required; forklift certification may be required.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform work of employees within the program assigned.
  • Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and monitor work activities.
  • Provide reports and safety inspections.
  • Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
  • Track and maintain supplies inventory.
  • Issue equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor PPE and equipment.
  • Report to supervisor immediately.
  • Report accidents promptly.
  • Provide recommendations for areas of improvement.
  • Maintain records, training, inspections, data collection.

Job Overview

The GMP Lead will be responsible for overseeing activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. Adhere to, implement, and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Perform of employees within the program assigned
  • Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate and monitor work activities
  • Provide reports, such as pass down, Perform service, and safety inspections
  • Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
  • Track and maintain supplies inventory
  • Issue equipment and supplies
  • Monitor of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment
  • Report to supervisor immediately
  • Report accidents and to the supervisor immediately
  • Provide recommendations action on areas that improvement
  • Maintain records, training, inspections, data collection
  • Logbook compliance-accurate completion

The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. Task completion as required by site’s SOPs

Education and/ or Experience
  • High school diploma /GED
  • Two years high tech experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements. May be required to be Forklift Certified

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents Bi -Lingual in Spanish is a plus

Friday–Tuesday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM $22.00-$23.00 per hour
