Actalent is hiring a Prep Lab Assistant in Port Washington, NY. You will support laboratory and manufacturing operations in a regulated GMP environment, handling equipment preparation, sterilization, and documentation.

Training is provided and opportunities for career growth exist within pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role requires at least 6 months of lab-related experience, basic science knowledge, and the ability to follow procedures precisely.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, or related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records.

Mansioni

• Clean, sanitize, and sterilize laboratory equipment per GMP and procedures.
• Prepare equipment and materials for sterilization (wrap, seal, label, stage).
• Operate Dry Heat and Vacuum Ovens and maintain logs.
• Support sterilization and assist manufacturing teams as needed.
• Assemble and maintain laboratory glassware and equipment.
• Perform routine tubing changes and preventive maintenance.
• Document deviation reports when required.
• Process inventory transactions and material movements using SAP.
• Maintain compliant documentation and housekeeping.
