Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking an Environmental Monitoring Core Technician to support GMP production and aseptic processing of clinical-grade products, including maintaining and stocking clean room environments.

The role involves participating in EM processes, cell culture and purification as needed, coordinating EM equipment with the QC EM team, and drafting Batch Records and EM forms. Bachelor’s in Life Sciences is preferred, with 1–3 years of lab experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred.
• Basic lab experience in a cGMP clinical production environment.
• 1-3 years lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Environmental Monitoring as part of GMP production of viral therapies.
• Cell culture and product purification using aseptic technique when required.
• Coordinates EM equipment needs with QC EM team for Manufacturing processes.
• Drafting, completion and revision of manufacturing documents including Batch Records and EM forms.
• Buffer and component preparation including operation of steam autoclave.
• Operate manual, semi-automated and automated equipment in routine clinical production.
• Operate Environmental monitoring equipment such as Solairs and ApexZ50.
