Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is hiring a senior construction manager to lead QC laboratory and GMP facility projects. You will oversee field execution from planning to turnover, coordinate with engineering, quality, validation, and client teams, and manage budgets and safety compliance in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience in regulated life sciences.
• 10 years managing multiple contractors, field teams, and budgets in complex projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences facilities.
• Technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical systems and cleanroom infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and renovation projects for QC laboratories and GMP facilities.
• Manage field execution from planning through turnover within scope, schedule, budget and safety requirements.
• Coordinate daily construction activities with engineering, quality, validation, and client teams.
• Oversee contractor performance, field resources, sequencing, and site logistics for delivery.
• Facilitate site walk-downs, readiness reviews, safety audits, and contractor alignment discussions.
• Support construction in GMP and non-GMP environments while limiting disruptions and contamination.
• Apply knowledge of clean utilities, laboratory gases, HEPA, and lab equipment installations.
• Identify risks, resolve field issues, and provide status updates; support commissioning activities.
