Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7 cGMP-regulated facility in Framingham, MA. You will work with AHUs, chillers, boilers, and cleanroom systems to uphold strict environmental controls.

The role requires a High School Diploma and EPA Certification, with duties spanning preventive and corrective maintenance, logkeeping, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safety and regulatory

Qualifications

Formal HVAC maintenance knowledge and ability to read schematics.
EPA certification is required to handle refrigerants.
Experience with cGMP-regulated facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.
Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.
Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.
Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
