Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an HVAC Technician for a 4-month onsite assignment in Framingham, MA. The role requires 2+ years in a commercial HVAC setting, with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial HVAC role.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
• Experience with AHUs, chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
• Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.
• Apply diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.
• Work independently and with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
