Job summary

CSI International, Inc. is seeking a responsible GMP Cleaner to support a manufacturing facility. The role requires prior cleaning experience in manufacturing, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

You will follow SOPs, maintain clean and safe work areas, and assist in training new staff. The company emphasizes equal employment opportunities and ADA accommodations where applicable. First, second, and third shifts are available, with Sunday–Saturday scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of manufacturing cleaning experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of advanced cleaning skills (hard floor and carpet maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Performs daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas as directed.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Maintains cleaning equipment in good working condition, and notifies the Manager or Supervisor if repair or replacement is necessary.
• Maintains appropriate supply levels in assigned janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Works safely at all times and promptly informs management about unsafe conditions.
• Wears personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performed.
• Supports orientation and training for new employees as directed.
• Adheres to proper security procedures.
• Notifies management about problems or opportunities that affect service to the customer.
• Performs other cleaning-related duties as required.
• Proper GMP documentation, including good penmanship.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms. Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a responsible and quality-driven GMP Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting a manufacturing facility; specialized training will be required. To work well in this role, you should already have previous manufacturing cleaning experience and some advanced cleaning skills as well. The successful candidate will possess high levels of energy, strong organizational skills, and pride in delivering excellent service.

GMP Cleaner Responsibilities
