Job summary

SBM Management Services Puerto Rico, LLC is seeking a GMP Technician to keep assigned areas within the GMP facility clean and orderly. You will follow instructions, work with teammates, and explain tasks using clear communication while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires adherence to SOPs, proper gowning, PPE usage, and completion of logs and training. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals and their safe use.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a GMP environment.
• Maintain clean work area and sanitize as required.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, and customers.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items and work orders.
• Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and reporting systems.
• Fully train in area job functions for shift assignment and area classification.
• Complete daily FN logs accurately and completely.
• Be trained and certified in correct gowning procedures for assigned area.
• Complete all safety certifications including chemical safety.
