Job summary

Abzena is seeking a Facility Services Associate to maintain non-classified offices, conference rooms, and common areas across the site. You will perform routine cleaning, waste handling, inventory checks, and support for site events while coordinating with Manufacturing, QA, Engineering and EH&S.

This role requires ability to work in office, GMP manufacturing, cleanroom, and warehouse spaces; lifting up to 50 pounds; and following procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of custodial or facilities services experience preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and labels.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, common areas, restrooms, and support spaces.
• Perform routine dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, surface cleaning, and restroom sanitation.
• Collect, segregate, transport, and dispose of general waste and recycling per site procedures.
• Maintain janitorial closets, carts, tools, and supply storage areas.
• Follow safety instructions, PPE requirements, and product labels.
• Support site events, audits, and shutdowns as assigned.
• Coordinate work to avoid disruption to meetings and manufacturing activities.
• Provide housekeeping and turnover support in manufacturing and warehouse spaces.
