Job summary

Abzena Inc. is seeking a Facility Services Associate to maintain non-classified offices, conference rooms, and support spaces. This role collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Facilities teams to ensure inspections-ready workplace and safe operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning, waste handling, inventory monitoring, and support during site events. Prior custodial experience in a regulated environment is preferred, with basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of custodial or related experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written procedures and safety data sheets.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning methods, chemical safety, PPE, and safe operation of custodial tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and contamination-control requirements when entering manufacturing and warehouse spaces.
• Support site events and audit preparation as needed.
