Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Facility Engineer for GMP manufacturing utilities and facilities. You will lead technical efforts for utility systems, oversee maintenance reliability, and ensure safe, compliant operations in a regulated environment.

You will mentor technicians, collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering, and drive continuous improvement using CMMS (SAP) and data-driven methods. A mechanical/electric engineering background and 7+ years GMP exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in GMP-regulated facilities.
  • Experience with GMP, change control, validation support, and facility compliance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for facility utility systems and critical infrastructure.
  • Oversee operation, maintenance, and reliability of centrifugal chillers, BAC cooling towers, boilers, BAS, HVAC, and utility distribution.
  • Lead maintenance reliability programs and capital improvement projects.
  • Support GMP compliance, audits, and inspections.
  • Mentor and develop maintenance personnel.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and client stakeholders.
