Job summary

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Document Control Support 3 in Newport News, VA for a contract opportunity focused on regulatory documentation, revision control, and GMP compliance.

Must be able to climb a ladder and wear required PPE. Shift details include a 5/40 schedule with training shifts; some weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years additional education/experience.
• Document management and control systems expertise.
• Compliance and records retention knowledge.
• SharePoint, Adobe, Microsoft Outlook.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Must be able to physically climb a ladder.
• PPE: Safety glasses, Hearing Protection, Steel Toed Boots, Hard hat and ear protection will be provided by the department.

Responsibilities

• Performs operational duties in support of regulatory and GMP compliance documentation.
• Coordinating the verification, approval, and processing of document revisions; and tracking document activity to ensure timeliness and process efficiency.
