Job summary

THG, a global cosmetics and nutrition group, seeks a Document Control Specialist to support Quality by maintaining controlled GMP documentation and ensuring audit readiness.

You will manage SOPs, batch records, forms, and records using EDMS/LIMS/CMS, collaborate with Quality, Production, Regulatory, and other teams, and help drive compliance and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining controlled documentation in GMP/compliance environments.
• Experience reviewing and approving quality documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Experience supporting audits and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage controlled quality documentation including SOPs, specs, batch records, testing protocols, forms and records.
• Maintain the document control system ensuring only current approved documents are accessible.
• Review quality and GMP documentation for accuracy, completeness and approvals.
