Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, operations, or a closely related field; AND two to four (2-4) years of quality experience
• Experience with complex programs or operations and quality policies, practices, and compliance

Aufgaben

• Oversee, review, write, update, complete, and process quality forms, documents, databases, SOPs, quality exceptions, logbooks, and LIMS data/reports
• Provide intermediate to complex analysis, interpretation, and counsel to staff and management regarding quality policies, programs, and practices
• Resolve management and employee questions and requirements; assist with receiving customer feedback and coordinating resources and responses
• Analyze and review quality information to determine trends, draw conclusions, and present results and recommendations to management
• Ensure accuracy of tests, equipment, actions, procedures, and reports through audits, queries, and operational reviews; collaborate to resolve discrepancies
