Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking a GMP Cleaner to perform specialized cleaning and sanitation in GMP-controlled areas such as cleanrooms, laboratories, and production spaces. You will adhere to GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols while maintaining logs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom environments preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP standards and cleaning validation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of GMP-controlled areas such as cleanrooms, laboratories, and production spaces.
• Follow all GMP, SOP, and safety protocols during all cleaning activities.
• Use approved cleaning agents and disinfectants according to established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation.
• Handle and dispose of waste in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Adhere to gowning procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Identify and report any contamination risks, deviations, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to ensure compliance.
