Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education a plus.
• Experience cleaning/sanitation in controlled environments preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing will be considered.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow gowning, personnel flow, aseptic behavior, and contamination control practices.
• Prepare, handle, and apply approved cleaning agents with proper concentrations and contact times.
• Operate and maintain cleaning tools designated for GMP cleanroom use.
• Complete cleaning logs and GDP documentation accurately.
• Perform cleaning before/after manufacturing operations and maintenance activities.
• Support cleanroom start-up, facility readiness, and cleaning qualification activities.
• Monitor supplies and storage of cleaning materials.
• Identify and report cleaning deficiencies or contamination risks to supervisor.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities to maintain readiness.
• Participate in training related to cGMP, gowning, and contamination control.
• Be flexible to take on additional tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
