Job summary

Wilcrest Pharma is seeking a Facility Technician to support safe, reliable operation of 503B facilities and utilities. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to keep equipment and cleanrooms in proper condition, with emphasis on safety, cGMP adherence, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years CGMP/USP or LEAN manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and follow SOPs and batch records.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility inspections and document observations.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders per procedures.
• Support operation and maintenance of facility and utility systems (HVAC, boilers, water systems, etc.).
• Assist cleanroom and controlled-area activities, including gowning supplies and housekeeping.
• Respond to facility-related requests from Operations, Quality, and other departments.
• Troubleshoot basic facility issues and escalate complex concerns as needed.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Support calibration, qualification, validation, and requalification activities as directed.
