Job summary

ArsenalBio is seeking a Cell Therapy Specialist II to join the Technical Operations team for day-to-day GMP manufacturing activities in Hayward/SF sites. The role requires collaboration with Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality and other support teams, with a Tue–Sat onsite schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related science field and 2+ years in biotech/pharma manufacturing, plus experience with clinical scale cell processing and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific field and 2+ years in biotech/pharma manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.
• Ability to multitask in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform GMP manufacturing of cellular products following batch records, transfer protocols and SOPs.
• Assist setup, testing, and qualification of manufacturing areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Development, MSAT and Quality to execute GMP runs.
• Maintain aseptic/sterile techniques in all tasks.
• Prepare and maintain accurate GMP documentation.
• Perform in-process testing and process qualification activities.
