Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in San Diego, CA is seeking a Scientist to perform cell-based bioassays in a GMP-regulated lab. You will generate high-quality data supporting product development, stability programs, and regulatory submissions.

The role involves executing potency and ELISA assays, cell culture maintenance, and collaboration with project teams. A BS in biology/biochemistry/chemistry and 1–2 years of experience are preferred; strong adherence to ALCOA+ and GMP is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related field.
• 1–2 years of related industry experience preferred.
• Adherence to quality/efficiency standards in laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell-based potency and ELISA assays.
• Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prep reagents, standards, and controls.
• Monitor assay performance and system suitability criteria.
• Support assay development, qualification, validation, and transfer activities.
• Analyze data and maintain GMP-compliant records.
