Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree with 18 months of full‑time research experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 30 months of full‑time research experience.
• Experience with GMP-compliant CAR T-cell manufacturing workflows.
• Familiarity with CliniMACS Plus and CliniMACS Prodigy and related cell processing tools.

Aufgaben

• Support development, optimization, and transfer of GMP-compliant CAR T-cell manufacturing processes from leukapheresis through final product cryopreservation.
• Execute hands‑on cell therapy process development activities using automated platforms.
• Perform laboratory studies to evaluate process performance, scalability, and transfer readiness.
• Conduct analytical testing (flow cytometry, cell-based assays) and document results to support characterization and improvement.
