Job summary

BioLegend seeks a proactive project leader to manage GMP bioprocessing initiatives from scoping through manufacturing and delivery. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, strong customer relationships, and collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives.

The successful candidate will coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams, ensuring project alignment, timely communication, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in life sciences; PhD preferred.
• 5 years in R&D or manufacturing in biotechnology.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with GMP/bioprocessing practices.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads for GMP bioprocessing queries from customers and field team.
• Lead cross-functional project coordination and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and change control (e.g., Design History Files).
• Track quotes and orders in Salesforce and NAV Dynamics; provide timely responses.
