Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team is seeking a Commissioning/Validation Specialist to lead plans and protocols for bio-pharmaceutical and regulated facilities across North America. You will work under the Director of Commissioning/Validation, reviewing designs, generating reports, and supporting project execution from small renovations to large capital projects.

Travel to local offices and client sites is required. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative, design-led environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with emphasis in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
• Travel to local office and client sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning/validation tasks, review shop drawings and equipment submittals.
• Review designs, drawings and specifications to understand scope and requirements.
• Prepare commissioning/validation protocols adhering to specifications and templates.
• Assist in execution of project protocols and generate final reports.
