Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a GMP Biomanufacturing Operator I for the Fargo, ND site. You will execute a range of manufacturing steps including transformations, cell banking, fermentation, and final fill for pDNA, mRNA, and protein products, in a strict GMP environment.

You will uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards, adhere to SOPs and documentation practices, and collaborate with the GMP manufacturing team to ensure efficient production and continuous

• Ability to read, write, understand English, and apply basic math. Good communication for reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing processes such as transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, and final fill for pDNA, mRNA, and proteins.
• Maintain a safety-first, audit-ready mindset and manage environment within manufacturing areas.
• Follow SOPs, gowning protocols, and GMP documentation practices to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

The GMP Biomanufacturing Operator I is part of the GMP Manufacturing department located in Fargo, ND and will be onsite . At Aldevron, we combine best‑in‑class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the GMP Biomanufacturing Team and will be responsible for executing production events in a GMP manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• E xecute manufacturing processes such as transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography , diafiltration, and final fill to support pDNA, mRNA, and protein product types.
• Ensure a safety-first and audit-ready mindset and manage environment within manufacturing areas.
• Maintain a quality-first mindset and adhere to good manufacturing practices by following appropriate gowning protocols, standard operating procedures, good documentation practices , and regulatory expectations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• H.S. diploma or GED
• Ab ility to r ead , write , understand English, and apply basic math. Good communication skills as needed for reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
• Ability to use hands, stand and/or sit for extended periods of time , bend, and lift up to 50 lbs . Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions of the position.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in a manufacturing or GMP biomanufacturing setting
• Following standard operating procedures
• Schedule flexibility such as weekend work or extended/altered schedules may be required at times depending on production need.
